However, being a human institution and a service organisation for that matter, we would not expect everything to go exactly the way we intended all of the time. At least your own expectation may be different. If anything goes wrong or if your own expectations are not being met, we would like to hear from you as soon as possible so that we can correct the problem with minimum interference to your study.
