1. The minimum qualification(s) required for entry onto our courses (including applicable exemptions) are set out by the Professional Body, the ACCA. These can be accessed on www.accaglobal.com. If a student requires further assistance/guidance, E. Kofi Annan Professional Institute shall assist by getting in touch directly with our contacts at the ACCA Ghana office.
2. Course fees are always communicated in advance of the course start date, at the same time that announcements are on-going for the start of the new session. These can be found in our email and social media communication, as well as on our website.
3. All course fees must be paid in full, prior to commencement of the course. In the event that a student requires a payment plan, this can be accepted, but ONLY after discussions with the School CEO and/or the Course Instructor. Payment by instalments is at the sole discretion of the School.
4. Enrolment for a course, together with the payment of the required deposit/full fee, creates a binding agreement, and may not be required to be followed up with a written letter or other documentation.
5. All course materials for a sitting expire after the relevant exam is taken. If required, students are advised to download course materials (for which downloads are allowed) immediately after purchase.
6. In the event of cancellation by a student for whatever reason, the following conditions apply:-
• Cancellation must be made in writing before the start of the course
• Where cancellation is received after the commencement of a course, there will be no refund of fees already paid.
• Course transfers and deferrals are allowed, only at the sole discretion of the school, and this would be after relevant discussions after which the school deems it reasonable to allow a transfer or deferral.
• If for any reason a course is cancelled by E. Kofi Annan Professional Institute, students will be offered an alternative course or a refund of fees, at their choice.
7. It is the student’s personal responsibility to ensure that external examination entries are in order and are sent off to the ACCA by the appropriate closing dates for each exam that the student intends to sit for. The student consents to the School providing their details to the ACCA to ascertain exam results pass rates.
8. For the purpose of students’ performance assessment, the School will provide your personal data to the ACCA in order to collect our students’ performance records after the official results are received.
9. E. Kofi Annan Professional Institute reserves the right to change the times of courses and lectures.
